JAMB ready to make use of FCT DME CBT Centres for its UTME Exams

Registrar of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board,(JAMB), Professor Is-haq Oloyede has said that his organization will soon start to make use of FCT Directorate of Mass Education,(DME), Computer Based Test,(CBT),Centres spread across the Area Councils of the Federal Capital Territory, (FCT), for its yearly JAMB Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (UTME).

Professor Oloyede who declared categorically that all the centres are perfect places for JAMB CBT promised to give necessary support and professional advice to make the centres outstandingly fit for JAMB standards for the UTME Exams. The Registrar who made this promise during his assessment tour of FCT DME Centres expressed his willingness to work hand in hand with the FCT Education Secretariat to make prospective JAMB candidates enjoy the facilities on ground at the centres.

"I can tell you assuredly that we are ready to support you professionally and technically to make sure that your CBT Centres are perfectly fit for our UTME Exams". He promised. He showered praises on FCTA staff for their uncommon commitment to duty. The Professor said he was particularly impressed by the emotional commitment of the staff of FCT DME.

"Looking at their faces I could see emotional commitment to what they were doing. I could see people who were interested in where they work. They are eager to work dedicatedly. I am really impressed about their commitment". He said. Acting Secretary Education Secretariat, Leramoh Abdulrazak had earlier thanked the JAMB Registrar, Professor Is-haq Oloyede for approving DME CBT Centres for UTME exams. He asserted that his office is fully ready for a strengthened synergy with JAMB and promised to make the centres well spaced and adequately equipped in line with JAMB standards.

He explained that recent findings revealed that 400 foul water manhole covers, 582 storm water covers and 23,210 gully pot covers were vandalized in the territory.
