FCTA GETS ACTING HEAD OF SERVICE

An Acting Head of Service for the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) has been appointed. She is Mrs. Nancy Sabanti Nathan, mni.

Her appointment became necessary following last week’s sudden death of former Head of Service for the FCTA, Mrs. Grace Adayilo.

A press statement issued on Tuesday, 9th September 2025, by the Senior Special Assistant on Public Communications and social media, Lere Olayinka, reveals.

It further states that Mrs. Nathan was appointed in an acting capacity to avoid a vacuum pending the appointment of a substantive Head of Service.

Until this appointment, Mrs Nathan was the Permanent Secretary, Youth Development Secretariat, FCT Administration.

Before she was appointed the Permanent Secretary, Mrs. Nathan had served as the Director of Finance and Administration in the office of the Minister of FCT

Her appointment takes immediate effect.
