FCT Xtian Pilgrims Board Expresses Readiness For 2024 Pilgrimage

The FCT Christian Pilgrims Welfare Board has expressed its readiness for the conduct of the 2024 Christian pilgrimage.
The Acting Director, FCT Christian Pilgrims Welfare Board (CPWB), Mrs. Rehila Baita, gave this assurance in an exclusive interview with Abuja Digest in her office, Wednesday.
According to her, the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA), has provided all the required support to ensure that pilgrims from the Territory experience the best pilgrimage.
The Director disclosed she just returned from an insightful Pilgrimage visit to Rome, Athens and Greece in order to pave way for eventful 2024 pilgrimage.
Baita said that pilgrimage is a spiritual journey that should be encouraged.
She said everything will be put in place to make the upcoming pilgrimage slated for February 2024 a hitch free.
The Director revealed that the preparatory visit was a strategic endeavour to ensure an enriching pilgrimage for all participants that will enable them explore historical and spiritual wonders of Rome and the ancient Marvels of Athens.
Baita further disclosed that the Board has meticulously planned an itinerary that promises a profound and spiritually uplifting experience for all intending pilgrims in the year, 2024.
She said the decision to visit Rome was as a result of the ongoing conflict in Israel, and ensure every participant embarks on peaceful and successful pilgrimage that will give opportunity to connect with history, spirituality, and a shared sense of purpose.
