Describing the event as “a memorable day”, the Minister stated that “all our dreams have come to materialize”; urging the people to thank President Bola Tinubu for transforming the Territory.

The Minister recalled: “Prior to this period, it was difficult for any staff of the FCTA to become a Permanent Secretary.

“Today, His Excellency, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Nigeria, Bola Tinubu, has made it possible for you to get to the peak of your career.”
