New Pilgrims Director Enjoins Staff To Be Prudent, Honest

The new Director for the Federal Capital Territory Muslim Pilgrims’ Welfare Board, Mallam Kadiri Edah, has called on staff of the Board to be sincere and discharge their duties diligently.
Edah made the call in a maiden staff meeting with the staff of the Board after taking over the mantle of leadership of the Board.
The Director stressed the need for staff to be dedicated to their duty and warned against any act capable of tarnishing the image of the Board, the Administration and the country at large.
He solicited for the cooperation of all staff and other stakeholders to ensure the success of the Hajj operations in line with the desired objectives of the present Administration.
He emphasized the need for the staff to be dedicated to their duty and abide by all rules and regulations of the service; adding that the Administration would not condone any act of corruption and indiscipline.
Edah pledged his commitment to add more value to the management and welfare of pilgrims as well as provide first class services to the FCT contingents by ensuring hitch free Hajj operations.
He assured the staff of his readiness to ensure their welfare is taken care of and called on them to show some level of commitment in handling pilgrims affairs as well as protect the image of the Board and the FCT administration in general.
Edah joined the services of the Federal Capital Territory Administration in 1994 and served in various Secretariats, Departments and Agencies.
