FCT SERVICOM Inducts Nodal Officer

New Nodal officer for the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) SERVICOM Unit, Mr. Tam Dokubo has been inducted.

The ceremony which was performed by the National Coordinator and CEO, SERVICOM, Mrs. Nnenna Akajemeli, also witnessed the induction of other SERVICOM Officers.

Speaking at the milestone event in Abuja, the National Coordinator said was aimed at acquainting the Officers with effective service delivery initiatives.

Also speaking at the occasion, the new Nodal Officer said that the induction has enlightened him and his team with the demands and responsibilities of their roles as SERVICOM representatives of the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA).

He said that the Unit has also presented the progress report of activities of the Ministerial SERVICOM Unit for the 3rd Quarter of the year, covering August to October 2024.

Explaining the rationale for the presentation, Mr. Dokubo said it is a mandatory exercise which reveals the progress of Service Charter performance and implementation across the Secretariat, Department and Agencies (SDAs) in the FCT.
