Stressing the need for improvement of aesthetics of the Federal Capital City in accordance with global standards, the Minister disclosed that his administration would soon commence upgrading of Area 1, Garki, among other old neighbourhoods in the city centre.

The Minister recalled that having performed four flag off ceremonies for construction of projects across the city centre, he would be revisiting the six Area Councils from next week, to commence another rounds of construction of projects that would positively impact the lives of the grassroots.

Also speaking at the occasion, the Senior Special Assistant to the Minister on Administration, Dr. Udo Samuel Atang, stated that the project was one of the series of projects lined up by the Minister to change the face of Abuja’s development.
