The Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) has concluded plans to earmark at least one project to each of the six Area Councils of the Territory in the 2025 Appropriation that would soon be sent to National Assembly.

This is aside the on-going road projects in all the Area Councils to ensure that the ’Renewed Hope Agenda’ of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu gets to all the nooks and crannies of the 8,000 square kilometers of the FCT.

The FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, made this revelation, while commissioning the 5 kilometre Saburi access road in the Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC) on Saturday in Saburi, a suburb of Abuja.

His words: “Every Area Council has been allocated at least one project each in the 2025 FCT statutory budget that would be taken to President Tinubu for onward presentation to the National Assembly.”

The Minister reiterated that, under President Bola Tinubu’s administration, every part of the Federal Capital Territory would be touched positively.

Wike urged the residents to be patient with President Tinubu and support his efforts; saying that things would surely get better.

To ensure that all the Area Councils get fair share of development, the Minister said that every Area Council has been considered for at least one project each in the 2025 FCT statutory budget.

Wike re-assured that the Dei-Dei International Market-Karmo-Life Camp road would be flagged off next month and completed within one year.
