HAJJ 2023: Second Batch of FCT Contingent Arrives Abuja

The second batch of FCT Muslim Pilgrims that participated in this year’s Hajj have landed at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport early this morning.
The Aircraft landed around 9:53am Nigerian time after departing King Abdulaziz Airport at 5:47 hours Saudi Arabia time aboard Air Peace flight number APK7921 with 315 pilgrims out of which 301 are from FCT.
The airlift of the second batch of the 301 pilgrims signifies the sustenance of the return of the pilgrims after this year’s Hajj exercise.
The flight comprises of aged pilgrims, those with health challenges and those who are originally in the second flight during the outbound operation to Saudi Arabia.
It may be recalled that 4,384 FCT contingent participated in this year’s Hajj Saudi Arabia.
