The quarter-final ties for the 2024/25 UEFA Champions League have been confirmed following the conclusion of the round of 16 on Wednesday.

The first-leg matches will take place on April 8-9, with the return legs scheduled one week later. This season’s competition has introduced a revamped league phase, replacing the traditional group stage, and has already delivered heightened drama and excitement.

In a blockbuster clash, Premier League leaders Arsenal will face reigning European champions Real Madrid. Both teams are in stellar form, promising a thrilling encounter.

Meanwhile, Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) will take on a resurgent Aston Villa side that has been making waves in Europe this season. Villa’s impressive campaign sets the stage for an intriguing battle.

Elsewhere, Spanish giants Barcelona will go head-to-head with German contenders Borussia Dortmund in a showdown of attacking prowess. Fans can expect a high-octane contest between two sides known for their flair and firepower.
